Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactLooks good!
Vision: Visually appealing for the most part, my one complaint would be that the background is a bit too blurry and bland looking. But it does put the focus on the character more. The character itself looks great. The lines are smooth, the coloring is good, and so is the shading/lighting. The character is cute.
Originality: Original for the most part, it's an interesting looking creature.
Technique: The technique used is great, the art is crisp and clean and done very well. You know what you're doing and that's no doubt.
Impact: The impact in general is quite good! My first though was "Aw, it's cute, and drawn/colored well, but the background is kind of boring".
So all in all, I'd rate it 4 out of 5.
